What you’ll do

• Receive, inspect and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against delivery notes and purchase orders.

• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch, maintaining correct labelling and documentation.

• Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks) and follow all health & safety procedures.

• Manage stock locations and carry out regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Coordinate with procurement, production and transport teams to prioritise and expedite urgent orders.

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.

• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to log movements and update stock records.

Who you are

• Practical and reliable, with good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Experienced in warehouse operations or logistics; familiarity with WMS is an advantage.

• Able to operate warehouse machinery safely (certification desirable) and follow safe working practices.

• Good communicator, able to work well with colleagues across functions.

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.

• Committed to continuous improvement and problem solving.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics roles.

• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.

• Basic IT skills and experience using inventory systems.

• Right to work in the UK.
